Jim Stokes
Jim Stokes, Ph.D

Dr. Jim Stokes is a licensed psychologist who has been practicing since 1985. He specializes in the psychological evaluation and treatment of children, adolescents, and families. Dr. Stokes’ areas of treatment focus include: divorce issues, abuse victims, depression, anxiety, school problems, anger management, behavior problems, parent-child conflicts, chronic illness and custody/parenting time issues. Additionally, Dr. Stokes performs comprehensive personality and educational evaluations for school age children and young adults as well as parenting/custody evaluations.

Nicole Pray
Nicole Pray, Ph.D

Dr. Nicole Pray is a licensed clinical psychologist who serves all ages. She specializes in evidence-based therapies, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, and Integrative Behavioral Couples Therapy. Dr. Pray trained at the Seattle VA, a nationally recognized trauma hospital. She supervises and trains other clinicians, and she offers a full range of psychological and cognitive evaluation services. Her areas of specialty include: couples and relationship issues, depression, anxiety and panic disorder, postpartum stress, and bipolar disorder. Dr. Pray also assists families with struggling teens to find appropriate educational and residential treatment settings. Her approach to therapy is strengths-based, and she offers a warm, interpersonal style to understand and navigate challenges together with her clients.

Shanley Donelan Mangeot
Shanley Donelan Mangeot, Psy.D

Dr. Shanley Mangeot is a licensed psychologist and neuropsychologist. She has expertise in working with children and adolescents with brain injury, and other neurological and psychiatric conditions. Dr. Mangeot also works with youth who have learning disabilities, attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and developmental delays. She offers comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations, which promote an increased understanding of a person’s unique profile of strengths and weaknesses, and outline detailed recommendations for families, educators, and other treatment providers. Dr. Mangeot also offers individual and couples therapy for adults, as well as adult evaluations, including parenting evaluations.

Kerri McNeill Cheney
Kerri McNeill Cheney,
M.S., L.P.C.

Kerri Cheney is a licensed professional counselor and has provided therapy since 2000 . She sees children, adolescents, adults, and couples, and her areas of treatment focus include: women’s issues, domestic violence, depression, anxiety, school problems, anger management, parent-child conflicts, and relationship difficulties. Her specialized training is in the areas of solution focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, life coaching, motivational interviewing, and specialized work with with parenting issues, adolescents, and families. As a solution focused therapist Kerri’s approach uses a blend of sensitivity and compassion to support clients in discovering success in their lives when dealing with a broad range of challenges.

Karen Schultz Nadon
Karen Schultz Nadon,
M.A., L.P.C.

Karen Nadon works with couples, families, adults, youth and children. She has completed specialized training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy for adults and youth, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for treatment of depression, anxiety, anger management, and conflicts in relationships. In addition, she has extensive training in working with attachment disordered children and attachment parenting. Karen is an EMDR level one therapist and is able to treat clients of any age who have trauma related experiences. Karen’s calm and caring nature aids clients in initiating change and promoting healthy living. Karen is dedicated to assisting clients in healing mind, body, and spirit using a comprehensive, nurturing approach.

Michael FreemanMichael Freeman, M.A.
Assessment Specialist

Michael Freeman has a Master’s Degree in Community Psychology and is licensed by the State of Colorado as a School Psychologist.  He has many years of experience conducting comprehensive evaluations and providing therapeutic support for the preschool to adult populations.  His extensive knowledge and understanding of assessments and school settings, uniquely positions him to work with kids, adolescents and adults with learning and career difficulties.  This includes individuals who may have Attention Deficit Disorder, Learning Disabilities and/or Developmental Delays.  Michael is skilled at tailoring assessment results into meaningful plans and making relevant recommendations that can make a difference in one’s life.

Brenda TracyBrenda Tracy, MS, MA, LPC

Brenda Tracy is a licensed professional counselor who has extensive experience in mental health for adults and adolescents with issues concerning depression, anxiety, bipolar, alcohol and drug addictions. She also counsels individuals on life transitions such as a career or job change, and family or relationship changes such as separation, divorce or becoming a care taker, end of life issues and grief.  Ms. Tracy is also certified in EMDR for treatment of past and present trauma. Ms. Tracy also has previously served as a Director of Human Resources and has a thorough understanding of employee relation issues in the workplace.  Ms. Tracy offers a strengths based approach to help clients better understand their concerns through self-discovery and learn interventions to become more effective and satisfied in their lives.
